Introducing the Core Executive Management Team of SK A&G - a dynamic group of 6 young, enthusiastic, and experienced consultants who are determined to revolutionize the Indian startup ecosystem in the years to come. With their passion and expertise, they are poised to make a significant impact on the industry and help startups achieve their full potential. 

Our Story

SK Associates & Group is a startup consultancy that provides pro-bono consulting services to aspiring entrepreneurs. Founded in July 2021 by Shravan, the company started as a WhatsApp group and has since expanded its operations via its networks of 5,000+ Associates across 30+ countries. SK Associates & Group has hosted over 33 national and international conferences, launched a weekly guest talk show, and collaborated with 10+ universities across India. Additionally, the company has conducted three cohorts of student entrepreneurs bootcamps. In addition to its other accomplishments, SK & Group has impacted over 5,000 youths across India and mentored more than 250+ entrepreneurs through its initiatives.

P. SHRAVAN KUMAR

Shravan brings five years of experience in real estate, legal services, edtechs, publication and investment banking, specializing in business development strategy and managing client relationships. Before SK A&G, he has worked with JP Morgan and Citibank where he advised clients on M&A based on market research. Shravan is a Partner in Naidu Constructions, a 1500 crores real estate company & nine other leading law firms across India.  His tenure at a publication startup provided him with extensive experience in client delivery and project management for service contracts wherein he scaled their revenues to 50,000 USD in 90 days. In his career, Shravan has thrived in high-growth, dynamic environments, leading various process improvement initiatives and sales enablement activities. He is eager to leverage his business acumen and passion for helping people to address his clients’ most pressing challenges.

 

Education: BBA, Amity Business School, Amity University. Executive Programme in Project Management, IIM Kashipur. Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, XLRI Jamshedpur.

VAISHALI SHREE

Vaishali’s family has been into real estate for more than forty years, giving her exposure to traditional brokerage and client relationships at a young age. She authored and published her first book “Time Travels with Memories” at twenty. She is a proven leader, a people obsessed human resources professional and a second generation entrepreneur.  Notable projects include achieving cost saving of over $41,000 by identifying redundancies, minimizing team overlap, and uncovering new role opportunities through review and redesign of organizational structure for a automation manufacturing client and crafting a loyalty reward framework, reducing attrition by 27% and increasing retention by 29% within a quarter. Through these experiences, Vaishali has built dynamic and resilient skill-set and expertise in the human capital space that she can apply across a broad range of business challenges in numerous industries and geographies.

ADITI JAIN

Aditi has 5 years of experience working for different schools in marketing and teaching roles. She is a versatile teaching professional with strong sales skills who has worked cross-functionally on technology and sales teams to drive admissions and manage teaching students. Aditi is energized by working with people and thrives on developing innovative solutions and creative strategies to address client challenges. She’s driven business growth by expanding into territories and fostering partnerships with 10+ Universities across India.

 

Education: BA English (Honours), Delhi University. MA English (Honours) and Bachelors in Education, Chaudhary Charan Singh University.

ANJALI SINGH

A demonstrated leader with upwards of 3+ years of experience, Anjali understands the needs of both small and large customers alike. Her background as a customer service executive for various multinationals such as Concentrix helped her develop an expertise in customer-centric business processes. Some of her most notable projects include the successful development and implementation of various psychological therapies at a mental healthcare startup during global pandemic as well as the development of a social media marketing campaign to promote social entrepreneurship for a leading NGO. Inspired by her belief that a business can drive positive change for its surrounding community, she’s looking forward to helping her clients solve the most complex problems by leveraging the most practical and effective solutions.

FAIZ MOHAMMAD SIDDIQUI

Faiz has 2 years of experience into direct sales wherein he has worked in executive and managerial roles. He has worked in the retail, FMCG, media and entertainment industries.  Notable projects include achieving sales targets of $80,000, closing deals worth $50M with B2B retailers for handicraft products, writing posts with 600M views and leading PR Campaigns in collaboration with multiple media channels. Through these experiences, Faiz has built dynamic and resilient skill-sets and expertise in the marketing space that he can apply across a broad range of business challenges in numerous industries and geographies.

VISHAL KUMAR GUPTA
Vishal brings three years of experience in financial services, logistics, insurance and investment banking, specializing in sales strategy and managing client relationships. Before SK A&G, he worked with Hinduja Leyland Finance and HDB Financial Services as a Sales Executive. Vishal has previously worked with HDFC Bank Ltd spearheading insurance sales strategies across various rural areas in Jharkhand. His tenure at 2 Tier 1 NBFC’s of India have provided him with extensive experience in sales and project management for these microfinance institutions wherein he scaled their revenues to 43,000 USD in 2 years. In his career, Vishal has thrived in high-pressure, objective-oriented environments, achieving various targets and spearheading sales operations. He is eager to leverage his business acumen and passion for helping our clients revenues by boosting sales volumes.
